Vivo in un isola in cui le spiagge sono bellissime e fin da bambina grazie ai miei genitori sono stata appasionata al mare. Prima a bordo di un gommone e poi in barca. Possiedo la patente nautica da 10 anni circa, e fin da piccola sono uscita in barca con mio padre. A 25 anni ho fatto un corso di vela e poi quasi per caso ho iniziato a fare l' hostess (2 stagioni). Molto self Control e Cucino Bene (così dicono ...!)

Skipper professionista, proprietario del Tari II, trentennale esperienza velica e numerose traversate oceaniche, esperto del Mediterraneo, del mar Rosso e Caraibico, conoscitore dell’Atlantico, nell’anno 2000 raggiunge con la sua imbarcazione la Terra del Fuoco ed approda ad Ushuaia in Argentina, deliziosa cittadina australe che si affaccia sul Canale Beagle. Rimane incantato dal magico fascino dei luoghi e decide di fermarsi. Attualmente accoglie sul Tari II coloro che vogliono conoscere i posti dove i grandi navigatori, come Cook, Drake, Magellano e tanti altri famosi, gettarono le loro ancore dopo aver doppiato il mitico Capo Horn. D'estate naviga in Grecia.

Bred for sailing from birth. Having sailed there for 3 years as skipper of her own boat, and before that as crew on others, she is convinced that Georgian Bay cruising is some of the best in the world. Other cruising experience includes Lake Superior, Desolation Sound British Columbia, Bermuda, Bahamas, Argentina, Brazil, Caribbean, Greece, Italy.  Big Fan of yacht racing – any format:  Round-the-buoys, Team, Match, Long-distance.  Canadian Yachting Association certified cruising instructor. And not a bad lobster chef.

Saverio have been at sea for more than 30 years in the Mediterranean Sea. He is the skipper of a splendid Oceanis 510 in the Adriatic.

This vessel's team is composed of Saverio Monina and the daughter, Cristiana, loving of the sea and experts seafaring from always. Cristiana joins to the father during the break of her other activity. In fact she has been TV-testimonial for two year of an important Italian Telecommunication Company and now she is trainig for the Olimpic game of "Atene 2004".

Executive member and councillor of Assonautica in  Taranto, he have the Ship Command qualification, the title of Charter Yacht Master and the qualification of  “Politecnico” di Milano to manage marinas.
The 2004 was the crucial turning point. Driven by the desire of starting an individual technical-commercial business in the nautical sector and convinced about his professionalism and seriousness, earned in several years of sailing, both on the ships than on the yachts, he decides to set up a charter, survey and service company, rooted in the South of Italy, Ionian Greece.

Francesco acquired experience on the sea in more than 30 years of sailing, 15 of which with a professional responsibility. A few Atlantic crossings and local knowledge in the mediterranean, caribbean, West Coast Usa, South Africa and Morocco. All courses and qualifications.
He's a hands-on sailor with excellent culture (he has a Master's degree in politics), team-management and problem-solving capacities, and he's not ashamed of professional chefs.
