October and November: exclusive Truffle Weekends Galley Masters, on luxury sailing boats along the French Riviera. Embarking Thursday Night, Desembarking Sunday. Sailing between Nice, Beaulieu sur Mer, Cannes and Iles Lerins. The theme will be the preparation of dishes combining the world famous 'Alba white truffle' with fish.

Chef, gourmet journalist, passionate food lover, Roberto is one of the founders of the world famous 'Slow Food' organizarions. He published books, wrote articles, and follows a strict philosophy that you can find in his books. Founding member of the Turin yacht Club, he combines his passion for the sea and food with his 'sailing cooking school'.
